ABOUT THE ARTIST
Karol K. Mack’s work is part of national and international
collections. She has traveled and painted throughout Scotland
exploring her ancestry as a member of Clan Lamont. Her
artistic honors include; Signature Membership in the Oil Painters of
America (O.P.A.), and an Artists Fellow of the American Artists
Professional League. She has received numerous national
awards. Karol lives outside of Santa Fe, NM with her husband,
Dennis.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Brian C. Mack is of Scottish descent. He
has traveled extensively throughout Scotland, studying Scottish
History at the Kings College in Aberdeen, Scotland before graduating
with a degree in History and Religious Studies from the University
of New Mexico, U.S.A. Brian resides in Estes Park, CO.
He is the author of Scotland: Castles and Clans the
Legends, Historic Scotland: A Voyage Through the Centuries,
and Sanctuary of Secrets: Loch Ness.
